Arrive and drive Locost racing

Im looking at getting back into racing after taking a few years out to focus on my education, i graduated from university this summer and im looking to get back into it. ive had a look around over the past couple of months and im very interested in Locost racing and im trying to find a good arrive and drive package available. ive got a budget of around 10-15k which im willing to put into doing a full season next year (2014) but im also looking at doing abit of racing this year. can anyone help me out?
