Anyone know what has happened to the HRTC rally site

I need some technical information relating to my car from Paul Loeverage's Historic Rally Car Technical information site but it is down. Does anyone know how permeant it is and have ways to get the technical information? I need the info for a mk1 Golf GTI, if you have it!

I think its supposed to be on the normal HRCR site now.
