What battery isolation required?

Currently preparing a Clio for sprints and hillclimbs in the modified series production class over 2litre, so Class 3C in some championships.

Looking for advice as to what the minimum requirement is for battery isolation please.

NCR chapter 14, appendix 4, 8.1

All Vehicles must be equipped with an ignition cut-off switch having positive ‘ON/OFF’ positions clearly
marked. The ignition cut-off and fuel pumps isolation system(s) must be operable by the Driver when
normally seated with seat belts / harness secured except Standard Cars as defined in these Regulations
where it is recommended.

Check with a scrutineer as some championships want an external cut off as well.
