Where's the Welsh flag Smiley sticker ?

As the title really, we have Scottish, Irish and 'British' flags stickers adorned with the smiley but no Welsh one

England flag is in the works should have shortly.

The welsh flag with the smiley might look bit of a mess, with the dragon behind it..... please post any ideas you have on how you would want it to look......
