Can We Have Order Tracking?

What chance of the shop introducing an order tracking function? I ordered some stickers that haven't turned up, I've no idea if they've been dispatched or the shop is awaiting stock or whatever.

If you could log on to your account and check the progress it would remove the uncertainty.

I did try contacting the shop through the form on the site a couple of days ago for an update and have had no joy.

Excellent idea! All of the other places that I order online from have tracking!

The general state of the shop is a shambles. They take orders for stuff that is out of stock, they then provide ZERO information or updates on orders, even replying to emails seems too much at times. It seems that the process is much more flawed than just needing to have tracking in place.
I've put an order in recently for some stickers (for Le Mans) and being blunt, I almost don't expect them to arrive in time!

I'll be phoning them this morning again, once the postie has been to confirm non-arrival. Whilst this order has been rubbish, it is the first time I have had problems personally and I've bought quite a bit of stuff over the years.

I'm just desperate to get my stickers to finish my Le Mans decorations.

And in the balance of fairness, my order has just arrived with the postie! I'm pleasantly surprised. This is the first order that I've not had issues with though.
