Just taking some measurements of the chassis while waiting on my engine still and from my measurements a LS front sump won't fit between the diagonal rails down the bottom and a rear hump sump is too deep and would foul on the cross bar below the rear hump. So does everyone with an LS engine run dry sump do they?

I started with a Corvette pan, no good. then onto a GTO which did fit, gone dry sump since. Never ran the car on track until I fit the dry sump. Bite the bullet dry sump it. Remember GM went to dry sump on the Corvette for a reason and the numbers that a Corvette can pull are way off what an Ultima will do in all three directions. Drove a ZR1 last week, nice car, not an Ultima from a shere preformance standpoint. Lee

I agree. My engine that's coming has a 4 stage dry sump setup on it. I was just wondering what others do. Thanks for the info
