ok first of all it only works if you drive the car much lower than it makes sense on a public road, and probably also requires an engine like I have which is not sticking out of the chassis at all. And yes my next car will have a panel under the gear box.
I went for the lower floor which is also maybe not so a good idea for ground effects......
I had some ground effects already when the lowered floor was hitting something on uneven roads.......
second it will be the most impractical thing on the planet as you will need to remove diffusor prior to opening the rear clam.........
third, as long as you are not racing the car, i do not see why you want to prove that you can do this corner in front of your house
5 mph faster than without the diffusor ??? assuming you have taken care of the already mentioned mods
Go in the local pub and spend the money on some pints, much better investment..........

SSS has made a nice little aesthetic one, I think Wilder had a "proper" one fitted, look up his profile as I can't remember who did it..
CJulian went the whole hog and thanks to a very neat hinge, it doesn't require removal to open the rear clam.
As Steve said, is it for aesthetics or functionality?

Diffuser wont work on an ultima road car,..
A true diffuser starts about 2/3 along the car and progresses towards the back... The height of engine will restrict this and as said already you will not open the rear clip unless SS modifys your car bodywork like Rustys car..
you could have it each side of the gearbox but then you will need to heavily modify the chassis and the rear clip as the ''turn up bit'' isnt wide enough..
Otherwise Its all just for looks...

Reverie do a few too which fit. Making one is the best option, its not difficult at all for something basic like a diffuser, and will be far cheaper too. You don't need to vacuum bag if you are baking simple items, just a decent mould out of MDF or wood etc. These guys do all the stuff you could ever need:
