I look for a Ultima GTR LHD. Unfortunately most
offers are RHD. Please if you announce a car to you know with LHD. Can
be again or used.

Has anyone ever attempted a LHD->RHD or vice versa conversion? I was thinking about this the other night and concluded that it wouldn't be as hard as with some vehicles as there is not much in the way when repositioning the steering column. That and the parts would be readily available from the factory (Dash, steering rack etc). Or is this just pie-in-the-sky dreaming?

The rack may be the same, as the pinion is in the centre.
The dash is part of the body tub so would need to be modified in situe.
The problem would be that the chassis structure supports the column. To modify this would be difficult and may involve cutting the whole dash out just to get access.
