I have a superb cover which was made for me by Specialised Car Covers. The factory didn't have one available at the time so I hunted around and came across these guys.

They didn't have a pattern for the GTR, although they had one previously for a Sport and a Spyder. So they drove down from Preston to Heathrow on a Thursday with two days notice, measured it up using a large roll of cotton and pinned it out, marking out the door-mirrors, spolier and rain run-off areas (in between the spoiler and rear clip to prevent rain from gathering) like a good tailor would and tailor made it.

One week later and the finished article had arrrived on my doorstep. It came complete with a waterproofed carry bag.

It is perfect and uses NASA mutlilayer technology which is both breathable, non-scratch and waterproof.

These pics were taken recently, but the cover is a little crinkled and dusty as the car was at the factory for 3 months and the cover was in the bag for longer than this. Once the straps have been tightened it fits like a glove and looks the business. The fit is so tight that you have to take the cover off from the front end only and roll it off the car.

As you may have gathered, I am very pleased with the cover. Also the service is second to none from Specialised Car Covers and I will use them again when the next car requires it.

Cost was just over £250 I think.

Ordered one at Goodwood from a company called Classic Additions. It looks like the same material.
£120 for the GTR. They already have the sizes.
