Just bought first 5 stages. 5 year build plan. Any advice from previous builders much appreciated........

You will probably need one before you get to the end of 5 years!

Congrats - always good to hear that another build has started. In terms of advice, research as much as you can, read as much as you can (plenty of great build sites these days thankfully ), take your time and do the best job you can

And don't bother with a budget. Everytime you go over it it'll pee you off more and more!
