Hello, I'm Mrs Storer. It has come to my attention that my esteemed other half is aiming to complete his Ultima build by the end of April. Now, I'm sorry but I can't be having this. He'll be under my feet and interrupting my horse riding/lunching activities instead of in the workshop where he belongs. I need help and I need it fast - a new project to take his imagination. I'm thinking an Aston Martin to restore. Please, please inspire him, if we have any meaningful contact with each other it'll almost certainly result in divorce.

I wouldn't be too concerned if he finishes it when he says he will it will be a first in the world of Ultima. Builders of these cars are at best optimistic at worst delusional.
You'll probably be safe until Christmas 2013.biggrin
Good luck.

coffee .... yikes

YOU... are a very, very sad man Paul! redcard

Either you have committed the cardinal sin of letting your good wife know your username and password for PH - which I understand is an offence under S420.1.1 of the 'Road & Track Vehicle Builders Act 2003', and if convicted is punishable with a minimum of 40 lashes of the 'Oily Rag of Reconning' + having to drink 10 mugs of very sweet and milky tea and eat 5 bacon sarnies all within 5 minutes yes

OR...

...you are impersonating your missus (perhaps by dressing up in her clothes at the weekend without her knowledge) and attending WRVS meetings...

I am considering reporting this behaviour to the local cop-shop just in case you have 'done-away with her' and hope to foster the belief she is still around with these postings!

good god... I hope he deleted the browsing history of all those websites that he was using "purely for reference purposes" when measuring cabin space and seat positioning in relation to female passengers.....

I see nothing is sacred these days, not even a chap's laptop!

Sorry for the above posts but I was not in a fit state to defend my equipment!!!!

I don't need a new project yet as I intend spending quite a bit of time using the GTR once it's finished. However, I am slowly gathering bits of kit that will come in handy when I do decide on the next project. A sheet metal guillotine is my most recent addition. Currently looking for a box pan folder!!
