Fuel filler tether and unleaded insert

Am starting to nail the final IVA jobs, have noticed my fuel filler necks don't have a tether and don't have an unleaded insert (which I though they would as they were delivered in Sept last year..)

What have others done, is it a simple case of a bit of wire, drill holes and tether, then get a standard off the shelf insert?

Ring the factory - they have the bits you need!

Inserts can be had from the likes of CBS.
For the tether use brass picture hanging wire from B&Q plus some crimp ring terminals.
