Nope, it's genuine I'm afraid, although somewhat half-hearted.

However, I'm not intending to 'go' anywhere. I made the mistake of going for a test drive with Ted in the Can Am when I was up at the factory last week

I made that mistake. I was convinced I was going to buy the GTR, but since the can-am was there when I went for a test drive I asked Ted to take me out in that as well. Arguments about weather and practicality evaporated instantly...

Nice to here your keeping it in the Family. The second car will always be better, i.e. doing things you wish you had on the first etc. Good luck on the sale..

I had the can-am for nearly two years.... drove it rain shine and even snow (had to dig the road to get out).

and I never lusted for a GTR!

one problem though..... you wont fit a supercharger under the canam's hood. or will it be mad-max style?

Stig, What about talking to Marky_P about working some of his "'fibre matting magic" and have the first 'chargered CAN AM? Not only could you have the wind in your face at speed, it could whooshing past your ears even at idle!!

Take a look at a Ferrari P-3. What you need is a little body work.


A supercharger or a set of Hilborn stack jumping through the body would be stunning.
