Guys,
Got to start tinking about wiring up central locking etc.
There is a hole in the door jamb just to one side of the heavy-duty hing, and I presume this to be the wiring outlet hole, but there is no adjacent one in the door.
Since the door hinges out and up, there is a massive void betwix the door skin and the body skin.
Now I remember seeing some cars with a similar door opening arrangement and they seem to use a solid curved plastic tube that the wires run in, and when closing the tube slid into the door, thus the wires were protected and all was neat.
Is there such a thing for the Ultima?
How have others wired betwix door and body?
