Keep up the good work all builders. Thank you for 356Speaderster and Tango Orange for their very informative websites on Facebook. I can't meet the Factory Open day this year but remain an enthusiastic supporter of the car, and Factory and all builders out there - keep the forum flowing.

Ult-Jim.... someday soon I hope!

Rather too many crashes in that video for my liking.

Hopefully something the Ultima community will not suffer.

100% agree, too many wrecked cars.

But its stunning how Ultimas look very similar to those cars!

Pity no engine and car sound track. Some very virile contacts between competitors and elsewhere.

Neunundneunzig luftballon(flying through the air) may have been more appropriate from his chosen artiste, too many cars flying through the air for me.

Sorry a little carried away after a drink or two last night rolleyes Was just surprised to discover vids on Youtube. There are plenty others without music. The Mazda 787b is my favourite.

Some very cool cars in that vid, I'll never forget the sound of the 787B at Le Mans last yr when they rev'd it up smile

I do try to keep the FB page upto date, I'm glad it's helping inspire other people to take on a build and keep these great cars on the roads! Now to work out how to fit the aeroscreen....

This is the one...

Sound... sweet!
..and after a couple of mins you get a trip in the cockpit...and you have to look twice to realise it is not an Ultima! ..apart from the sequencial box singing in you ears!

Enjoy!

Nice video but I have to disagree with the sequential box. It is a regular H shift box. You can clearly see his right hand going forwards right backwards left when downshifting. The noise made by the box are the straight cut cogs...
