Ultima ground clearance - will it get onto my drive!

Just wondering what the average ground clearance is - don't want to buy one then have a problem getting it onto my drive and into the garage which is at a very slight incline.

About 4 inches at the front and 6 at the back. The front clip sticks out about 2 ft from the centreline of the wheels.

It'll be close! Hmmmm.....fingers crossed, going to look at one on the weekend. It's a couple of hundred miles away so no chance of trying it out first.

Digital inclinotmeter (Pocket device) ... about 20 quid from e bay next day delivered.
Stick it on your drive at the various points of contention and take a two foot length of 2 x 1 to the potential car and see what clears with someone sat in it .

Theres a free inclinometer app avaiable too but for accurate stuff the buttons on the side of phones get in the way ..

Good for checking owners rear wing incidence too !

My drive is slightly more complex in that it rises slightly off the road and then slightly down to the garage so there's a peak. Appreciate the input.

Yes that is what I have done, re landscaped my front driveway, ( well butchered it so I could get the car garage) which supprisingy the neighbour who I share the drive way with was cool about, secondly my second location for the car abroad involved terminated my rental for a garage and finding a splitter happy shallow incline underground secure garage which I was very lucky to find. If you want the car there is always a way!

Looks like the guy that did the paving didn't get paid.

It's the sort of thing that should happen to everyone who doesn't pay their bills!!!!!!!

If you are concerned, bang a couple 2x4's together to mock up the location of the front and rear tires and front splitter and "drive" it up and down your driveway to see if the front hits (rear will never be a problem). I am away from my GTR, and I don't have the dimensions in front of me, but they should be available on the forum, as I've pulled them together on a napkin in the past (or I can measure them later if you wish).
