Anyone off-hand know what blub specs are used for all the various front headlamp blubs?
I walked into Halfords today and decided to buy a 'kit' for spares, but was faced with 50 thousand alternatives for various manufacturers, and sadly Ultima was not on the lookup sheet so complained!

A lamp "kit" for an Alfa Brera (06 model) will have all the required spare bulbs in it.I walked into Halfords today and decided to buy a 'kit' for spares, but was faced with 50 thousand alternatives for various manufacturers, and sadly Ultima was not on the lookup sheet so complained!

That would be useful to have in the FAQ section on Ultima stickies. I plan to do a European tour next year and so spare bulbs will be an essential legal requirement to carry. Ult-Jim.
Don't forget your hi-vis vest, warning triangle, first aid kit (EU approved version) headlamp diverter/anti/glare stickers (how is that going to work?) and of course a GB sticker. Europe will have us carrying safety gloves, hard hat, goggles and ear defenders soon!

ETS I think you may need a tyre repair foamy inflator thingy as well.
Are there any 'legal' led replacements for the 5w side repeaters/number-plate/side lights?
I saw some in halfords that would fit, but they say 'for off road use only'?
These days I would have thought simple road legal replacements would be very common? ...unless the bulb makers have squashed any attempt to market such, so they can continue to get revenue from all those regular filament failures, that is!

And a fire extinguisher - I think is on the list as wellEurope will have us carrying safety gloves, hard hat, goggles and ear defenders soon!

Have never bother with the GB sticker in South France for my Caterham.
Thanks Steve for the list.
I had forgotten about the bulbs for European driving.
Headlights, spots and side repeaters are straight forward but my front indicators and side lights are LED and all rears are LED.
Are the individual LEDs available and replaceable?
I have spares for the front but it's the genuine Ultima rears that I would need.

I think the Factory LED rear lights are light modules and would be replaced as a whole. It is unlikely a whole unit would fail whereas an individual LED withing the lamp may fail but generally the rest would remain working.Headlights, spots and side repeaters are straight forward but my front indicators and side lights are LED and all rears are LED.

Front indicatoers and side lights may well be replaveable LED lamps.
