Does anyone actually sell such a thing?

When building the Cobra I had a Shelby Cobra banner (2' x 6') hanging on the wall.

Now I'm starting the Ultima I hoped to do something similar but sadly I cannot find anything.

Speak to the factory, they've just done some for the world record thing.

If you're looking for more 'artistic' ones, then I dunno I'm afraid?

I've got one that came with a kit car mag years ago - it was a blue spyder. Used to have it on my wall back when I was still at school! (I'm 27 now )
I'll try and dig it out...

I have a feeling the blue spyder you are talking about was featured on the front of the factory brochure from 1997.
I still have a copy.

If someone can send me a 4 megapixel or above (preferably 6 megapixel - but don't worry too much as I'll "smartscale" it upto size before I print it) image I'll happily print you out a few A0 prints on our inkjet plotter at work.

It's a 600dpi thing so they look photographic if you are more than a meter away or so.

Email me through my profile and I'll give you an email address to mail it to.

If anyone else wants one, just shout.

J,

Just been offered the use of a 6 megapixel camera and I'm off to the factory on Wednesday.

If I can get the camera by then I'll take some pics of the cars there.

Think the file size comes out at about 17.5mb so I'd have to cut them to cd and post it over.

6Mp are normally around 3Mbytes each in "high quality JPEG", or 7Mbytes if in RAW format. I can cope with RAW, although there isn't much difference in quality between raw and high Q JPEG.

If you have broadband and don't want to faff around with CDROMs then I can give you a FTP address to upload them to.

Email me through my profile what you want to do, and I'll either send you a FTP or snail mail address.

I can supply 64Mb RAW (or any other format very high quality file) files of any of the following:
www.pbase.com/algape/ultima

Also willing to take such high-quality files of anyone else's car that would like decent prints/files (within reasonable travelling of course!!)

Not selling anything just pay me for the CD's and buy me a beer

Which will print to sizes above A0 easily if required, and will look superb at A0.

Joust can do full colour plots any size you like as long as it's only a rear end view.

I don't mind doing any angle - although you might get "bluurrrgghhhh" written on the back if it's around the front

Alan,

Thanks for the offer of using a pic of your car. I think I'll use S3_41

Can you PM me your address and I'll post you a CD's if you like as I have 100's here.

J,

I'll be in touch once the file comes through.

Many thanks to you both
