Hi All,

First let me introduce myself. I'm Marc and I am an electronics engineer from the Netherlands. For the last few years I've been thinking about building a kit-car more and more. After a lot of searching on internet I found the Ultima to be a nice candidate. It will probably be this one, or a Lotus 7 replica. (last option if I can't seem to save enough money)...

Anyway, I am now looking into possibilities for the Ultima. Being an electronics engineer, I want to do the electrics myself (excluding ECM). I was wondering whether there is any good service manual on the G50 ? (for some adaptations I would like, but need to know if possible)..

Thanks in advance...

Marc

If you find a Digital/electronic copy of a service manual let us know. We have all been looking for some time.
Good luck with the project, though I doubt you will find much to apply electronics too.

Search on Ebay, there's a company selling the CD based workshop manuals.

I've just picked up the 993 one.

I indeed have found the complete 993 service manual on Ebay.

They are possibly also available for different porsche models. Is the 993 the best one to get ? (I'm not that familiar with porsches modelnumbers )

Thank !

That really depends on the gearbox you go for be it a G50 or Getrag.

My G50/20 came out of a 993.
