Has anyone ever purchased and installed their ring/pinion set for a 'longer' gear ratio. It's something I've been considering. I'm looking for a final drive change that could yield 70 MPH at 1600-1800 RPM instead of 2400 RPM in 6th as my car is today, much like a Z06 Corvette (with a LS7 engine) performs in the C6's. Has anyone performed such a mod?
