Hi All

Just to let you know, if you would like a set of 335/30x18 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's then get them ordered as they are on back order and delivery is 2 months!!!!!

They come in from the States and no longer seem to be shipped to UK for stock. There are none in Michelin depots in Europe so it is a case of hurry up and wait.

Just for info.

Just checked tire rack and Michelin proxies and all the rest of the tires normaly found in this size are in stock. I know that isn't that big of a help to those of u in jolly old unless it was an emergent need. Lee

Interesting.

Maybe Michelin UK think the Switzerland is not part of Europe..........

I know Tire Rack have them in stock but by the time they get here they are about £120 a tyre more than the UK price I have been quoted.

I know there are other makes available out there but I want to try the Michelins.

Well unfortunately or fortunately Swizzyland is not part of the EC. Based on the recent vote calling for the reintroduction of quotas to the number of foreigners, I doubt we ever will be in the EC... rage

I was careful to say Europe and not the EU. The trouble with membership is that you will have to adopt all the stupid laws including the human rights one's. You would also have to put your hand in the collective Swiss pocket to bail out Greece, Spain, Ireland, Italy, France and probably the UK too eventually.
I am not sure what the advantages are other than not needing to change currency every time you want to pop to the coast.
