I am an all weather driver and after a drive in the wet, my headlights fill with condensation.

I think even if I sealed the back side with foam or something, it will still form condensation.

Is this a common issue (as they unsealed headlights) and has anyone come up anything?

Cheers!

I have a PC cooling fan fitted in the back of each light.

That's a neat idea. I assume the fan sucks the air from the inside?

I had this issue on my Noble M400 In the end I dried the pods out and put a couple of bags of silica gel in the back of each pod and then sealed the pods up very carefully with silicone, no more condensation after, the only downside is getting the pods off to change a lamp will be a little more hassle.

I drilled some holes in the top and bottom edges of the housing. The fans pull air out of the bottom holes which is replaced from the top. The fans run any time the ignition is on.

my new light covers screw into place so if needed i just remove the covers, but running with the lights on for a while will get rid of the condensation due to heat
