What is meant by this, and what is the net effect?

Thanks, all.
And Merry Christmas!

Just a guess sure but I think it is when the tire to body gap is not even all the way around. Makes the tire look as if it is not centered. You could reshape the wheel arch to make it look more centered. May also be an issue the spacing on one side of the car compared to the other? Just like all the body panels on the car it's just a matter of getting the best possible fit.

Ahh, okay. Logical. What about the process?

1) Measure and grind
2) Build up glass material
3) Sand to shape
4) Repeat steps 1-3 as necessary
5) Paint - Primer/Sand/Primer/Sand...
6) Paint - Color match
7) Paint - Clear/Sand/Clear...

Is that an accurate approximation of the steps? Or, is it less complex? Anyone got this process on their build-site?

Thanks all,
