MSD advance limit spacers
Discussion
I lost one of my advance limit spacers whilst working on the dizzy and need a replacement. However the UK supplier is quoting at least 4-6 weeks for a replacement (Advance Kit PN 8464).
Can anyone supply the diameter(s) of the standard limit spacers and I'll just remake them by hand
Tks,
Adam

Prefer the whole line up if possible - I'll then plot spacer dia' against stated advance limit to create a function/line. Then able to construct a spacer to suit pretty much any advance limit as desired.
However, if I needed to select one, black is what I'll be aiming for - I've too much advance at present.
Also has anyone messed with Electromotives Engine Managment Systems - they look pretty interesting; distributorless ign, fuel control, manifold pressure & temp etc etc - all mapped from a PC.
Tks,
Adam

Also,
What idle advance are people running? The engine (460 HP) seems quite happy around 16 degrees, but pinks v.badly on the slightest bootful of gas below 2500RPM. (also at higher revs when the under clip rear temps rise).
Less than 16 degrees requires a vernier like desxterity on the dizzy to adjust and below 12 things become very lumpy indeed.
