suspension inserts - size.?

Question re the length of the steel insert. By the way, I started with the orange bushes which I noticed wear quickly, so changed to the grey type which seem fine. Thought about trying the "new" RED type which Ultima now provide, so got a set from ultima last week which include new inserts. Just trying to fit them and noticed the ss insert/bush is LONGER by a full 3 mm. The old insert was 38 mm long, the new ones are 41mm long...!! and so dont fit... Either Ultima have changed somthing, or the new sets are wrong... Has anyone tried the "new" RED type (they have 4 slight indents in each inner surface. If so what length are the inserts? 38 or 41mm ?? Interested to hear before I try to tell Ultima there seems to be a problem!

I've got the new red ones...but, I did'nt fit them I'm afraid!

The factory did it last week.
No extra washers or spacers on them that I can see, if that's any help.

found the answer.... if anyone has just ordered them, best to check because the factory cocked-up the sizes on a batch. Ultima will be replacing mine foc.
