Rear wing end plates and sill extentions

I've see a picture on a post somewhere of someone's car with some nice rear wing end plates. I think they had some sill extensions as well.

It's a grey GTR.

Unsurprisingly the point is to find out where they got them and as well to see if anyone has any other solutions / sources?
