kiddie seat in Ultima

Not sure if this has been asked before, can't tell what with the search being temporarily disabled.

Anyone found a child seat solution (for a 3yr old or a 5 year old) ?

I'm thinking that a narrow and proper booster cushion would lift my daughter such that the 4 point harness lap strap goes properly low over her pelvis and the shoulder straps can then be tightened too.

I do have reservations about doing something untested. But I also can't see much difference between this and the booster chair she rides in with a standard two point strap - in fact I think it's better due to the 4 point harness.

If you are having problems fitting the standard booster then you could make your own using the expanding foam they use for race cars.
