How much you guys paying on your GTR's, and are you on restricted mileage etc.. obviusly with trackdays aswell.
Who do most of you go through?

Just renewed with Footman James with a 3k mile restricted milage for under £900 which is pretty impressive considering my lack of no-claims and that I'm only just 30. Have a search through the archives the topic comes up every few months...

MSM are very good. They can also offer track day insurance as an add-on.

There are also other underwriters who will insure you machine for track/race....at a price!

Postcode seems to be more important than age or experience. I was paying £800 for 5000 miles with MSM whilst living in the country. My brother (J-K) paid about £850 as he kept his car at my house. I then moved to outskirts of a big town and my insurance went up by over £400. J-K's insurance went up but not as much as mine and he now pays a couple of hundred less than me, he keeps his car at home in a busy town centre.

I pay more than that for 3000 miles (clean license also) and I'm 50!

check the footman james policy cos i used to use them. paid about 600 for 3k miles about 2 years ago but they excluded the windscreen cover and ive broken a couple and it costs a fair bit . Ime older than all of you. only clue is that gordon pays me £200 at xmas each year

Cheers guys, they dont seem that bad to insure, not that much difference to My Griffith.. Ok maybe bit more.
