I posted a thread in here yesterday titled "An open invitation?" and now its gone? anyone care to illuminate me as to where it went?

Was an invitation to a Drag Race/Top Speed day to be held for charity.. (non profit organisation!)

Someone delete it? Did i do something wrong?

We've had a spate of people trying to promote all sorts of commercial events this week via the forums and this was mistaken for one of them.

By all means send some details to news at pistonheads.com and we'll give editorial space - we'll reach more people that way.

Wahey - glad The Ult is coming. My Sports is just watching. I think my ZZ4 rpm limit plus gearing would limit me to a lowly 156mph. So I'll get my kicks by just telling everyone it's got 600bhp and can do 202mph.

Apologies for not reading the website beforehand,ill see everyone there, im hankering after a ride as my 180 bhp dosnt quite cut the mustard.

haha my old GTO did 11,1 four years ago. I dumped it for a fast car

Then bring it to TERMINAL VELOCITY!!!!

And show everyone exactly how fast your car is!!

(including the 20 3000GT/GTO's who will be there trying to break into 11's!)
