The Factory used to offer a free day inspection of your completed car but I don't know if this is still true. This should ensure your car has been assembled correctly. The follow on for IVA compliance can be done at the same time.
IVA is a difficult test but should be much easier if the Factory are submitting due to them knowing all the potential fail points on the car and also the tester has seen plenty of them and again knows the design.
Registration used to be the same situation with the local office knowing all about the car so it became a simple rubber stamp. Now it is all done in the one office I'm not sure it will be as easy.
