Where to buy Carbon Fibre rear bi-plane wing??

Guys,

as the title suggests I'm looking for help and advice as to the whereabouts of the supplier for the Carbon Fibre rear wing/spoiler as fitted to the GTR 640 in this months EVO.

I don't have an Ultima as it happens but want to replace my current alloy rear bi-plane with a CF one - was hoping that I could buy one as is, or, even better, one made to measure!

Really wanted to find the manufacturer though so I can get one made to my spec.

On the standard wings - is the mounting position to the wing itself adjustable or are the mounting points "moulded" into the wing in a fixed position.

(I have two exisiting pylons already mounted on the car and if possible I wanted to use these positions - or use the "new" pylons - but mount them in the same area as the existing pylons)

The main mounts are screw thread with a rose joint at the top so can easily be adjusted. The smaller top element can also be adjusted for angle.

Can't help on the manufacturer front I'm afraid - maybe the factory would tell you. And maybe they wouldn't ...

The wing has threaded bosses embedded in it, these are then attached to the supports using small rose joints to allow the adjustment.

Sounds like the factory original won't do the job then unfortunatley.

So how does one go about contacting someone in the factory who might be able to steer me in the right direction?

I have one of Simon's single plane wings on my non-Ultima kit. It helped transform the car. You actually need to contact DJ Racecars (www.djracecars.com) as Simon designs them and they make them.

i can highly recomend dj race cars they made me a lovely twin element wing with a centre mount for my sport.

incidentaly i still have a very fine rear gtr wing a few people have said they want it but its still in my spare room. serious offers anyone? i'll send pics on request.
