charge cooler hard pipes done
Discussion
After a 12 hour stint down the garage today I have finally completed the stainless hard pipes for the charge cooler's, I will check for leak's next week and then see if the Davies Craig has enough power to lift lift the water to the charge cooler's (hope so there's not enough room for a larger pump) and back to the radiator, I've got a spare sensor left on the Megasquirt so I think that's going on the radiator outlet.
Made the pipes that you see on top of the engine symmetrical so they look nice despite causing a headache to make and package in the space left

cooling radiator trial fit looks to be in the right place, need to order some more 38mm hose to attach the top of the rad, fit the fan and wiring then I can give it a test to see if it works. I'm going to have a go at making a heat shield to cover all of the exhaust and see if I can vent direct via some chimneys to the top clam vents, Nimbus heat shield looks to be ideal. Need to do a repair to the charge cooler as the Helicoil has come out but that can wait until the engine comes back out for the final time to finish off the engine wiring loom and hopefully the body fit (will have to get that ordered once I decide on the colour))
