G50 question

I have searched and search but I can't find a very clear answer. Does a G50/00 73H have LSD or not?

HI Hans,

As far as I know - you need to know the VIN of the car the tranny came out of - In North America I have in the past called Porsche customer committment for this type of information 1-800-PORSCHE, given them the VIN and asked for the option codes that particular car came with. Option code 220 will signify if the car came equipped with a Limited Slip Tranny.

All of the All Wheel Drive cars were however factory equipped with an LSD from the factory - including the C4S and the twin turbo. (also all of the G64/XX boxes).

The Factory Parts CD (PET) does not list the stock G50/00 tranny as having an LSD from the factory - I imagine it could have been optioned with an LSD however.
