Engine started for the first time!

Just a belated post to inform everyone on the forum that we fired up the engine in situ for the first time last Saturday!

It fired up on the second attempt, which I was both surprised and pleased about! Either I or one of my friends will post a link within the next day or two to the video of it being started.

It will be hosted on one of the free services so I'll apologise in advance in case the connection is a bit flaky!

It looks like I am entering the final phase of the build now, although I suspect the questions will still come thick and fast!

Just at the same stage, spent the last 2 weeks ironing out those final little features!

Well done Rich, so it didn't take you very long afterall, I wish I could say the same about mine. I always cough when I say 3 years when asked, and you always get asked!
I guess some more track days will be in order, let me know what you are doing.
