Alternator - need supplier urgently

Does anyone have a supplier of alternators for the SBC? Mine has failed and i need one before FRiday.

Are you sure you need a replacement- I recently had a problem & local auto electrician was able to repair the exisiting one & its been ok.

mine is a one wire alternator and I ended up explaning to a couple of auto electricians (a) how they worked and (b) that i was not talking b######s. So can't find one I would trust to repair it. just unlucky with the electrcans i suppos

edited to say i will choose a three wire type next time just for a change
