Ultima -> Ferrari Le Mans Prototype Replica?

Just browsing through the current Top Marques and found an Ultima Sport for sale under the Ferrari section labelled as a Ferrari Le Mans Prototype Replica?!?

I didn't read that in the history of Ultima (or did I miss that part).

I heard that Ferrari approached the factory but they declined, saying they would only allow Maclaren to use it as a test bed, and they only did that so they would have some competition. Unfortunately Maclaren werent up to the task.
