front pulley removal
Discussion
Unless anyone has any specific advice, have a look here www.sptools.co.uk/catalogue and put puller in the search box. You can get all the SP tools from any of the local factors over Eastern Industry.

Do you mean the harmonic damper or the pulley. The pulley is held behind the crank bolt so that also needs removing aswell as the three other bolts. If it's the damper you mean then you will need a puller to remove it.
Machine Mart do one for £9.34. It's part No. CHT248.

I made a puller from a piece of steel. Find a big nut and bolt, weld the nut to the steel in the middle, then drill three holes that aligns with the three holes that attaches the pulleys to the damper. Bolt it on, then turn the big bolt in the middle, wich pushes against the crankshaft and pulls the whole thing off. Can post a pic if it helps.
