EFI Conversion Update

Somehow the topic of our upcoming conversion of the Edelbrock 3500 System to the Mass Flow system has gotten sidetracked to our latest post "Another Stablemate for our CanAm".
Over the past few months we've gotten requests from other's who are suffering with the 3500's poor low speed performance.
If interested, we can continue with this post, and I'll keep it updated as we progress. Installation is scheduled to start March 4. The complete 3500 system, plus the current distributor and MSD 6AL will be replaced.

Cool Jack. What are you replacing the MSD 6AL with?
I have this same problem, but some of it I thought was attributable to the tall 1st gear I have placed in the G50. Less than 5-10mph. Once I'm over this speed its fine. I'm adding an onboard EFI datalogger that records up to 30 min. of data. I'll have a look at things.

Greetings Mack..long time no speak.
According to Chris Richards of MassFlow, you don't need it. Just go with the spark system that's supplied with the kit, so that's what we're going to try. I have a spare computer from a 93 Mustang 5.0, that he says is just perfect for the unit.
