Rolling Roads or Hub Dynos

Ok not an ultima in the garage so I apologise but the engine was built to go in one when I find the time.
I have a 6.6 ltr Dart Aluminium small block fitted in my westfield ( I know MAD man ) but I built it to cross the states last year. It has 500bhp and is running on a 750 cfm carb which is putting bucket loads of fuel in the engine can anybody recommend (By personal experance if possible)and tuning firm who would like to play about with my engine to get the best from it I think it is over fuelling so maybe the jets need changing and fine tunning I am based in the south west but hay if I have to travel then so be it. As the car is so light 750kg fully fuelled rollers I think are out of the question so a Hub Dyno is my best option the engine can be removed to be dyno'ed but that is hassle I can do with out so you advice would be appreciated.

Peter Knight Racing would get my vote. He only has an engine dyno but I know he does some of his work by just taking the car out on the road.
He builds some very nice engines and knows his stuff.

You can usually can go 1 or 2 stages leaner on part/mid and maybe 1 stage leaner of the wot. The tend to be rich straight out of the box. Tuning info here www.telusplanet.net/public/gilesij/Volvord/carb_jet.htm
Things have moved on now and widebands can be had for resonable money now, You should be able to improve things yourself, if you have the time and inclination.

No reason at all why it can't go on a roller dyno, As long as its a Dyno Dynamics (ahem, like ours but we are a bit far away, and don't do carb work) All the others you won't get any grip.

There are a lot around. I used GRL in Woking to tune mine, but that's miles and miles away from Weston Super Mare!!

Travelling is no problem the main very important thing is that they are good at what they do so please keep the recomendations coming please.
