Rear Bushing Problems

We have been selling more Delrin bushings lately to owners who have discovered that the REAR INNER bushings are worn out. These are the ones that support the LOWER control arms where they attach to the rear frame tangs.
You might want to check these on yours.
Originally we developed the Delrin bushings for the outer lower ones to replace the factory red ones. Happy to say that users have passed on to us that these are holding up, and have not noticed any wear.
The way that we suggest to test for worn outer bushings is the following:
:jack up the car and support rear of frame on jack stands.
:apply the parking brake
:by using a lug wrench, try to tighten up a lug nut with an UPWARD pull on the wrench.
:you will feel any play in the outer bushing if there is any.
Owners tend to get used to the car's handling changing as they get used to it, and don't realize what's happening as the bushings wear.
