I'm thinking ... Ultima maybe ? (Newbie)

Having put nearly 40k miles on my 996 TT in 18 months I am looking at moving to a 2 car strategy, something for work and a weekend toy. (Girlfriend is also expecting so need something sensible, but also want to keep a toy for myself - you know what I mean).
I have always liked the Ultima, but am a little unsure if I would have the time commitment to building one for myself (time more than doing the job as I am an Engineer by trade).
As much as I would prefer to build, I am also trying to be realistic, so considering buying a pre-built one.
I have noticed a couple on the autotrader website:
Blue one for £27k and a Silver one for £32k
Does anyone on here know these cars?

The Silver one is a sport, which was the earlier model of the GTR, but this one looks to be a good example of the breed...
The Blue one is quite well priced, but has a 5.0L Ford V8 rather than the more usual 5.7L + Chevy V8, so it's power output is more modest than many Ultimas, but still plenty give the kerb weight of the car. It also seems to have a custom (smaller disc) brake set up, not sure how good this is, but give the asking price, an upgrade to the AP Racing set is only a couple grand more...
The other Blue (piston heads sales) one is quite high spec, and a good price...
