Cool Runnings! Well that's the plan. I picked up the new chargecooler, pre-rad and header tank today from Pace Products. I spent a few nights slaving over a hot laptop designing these parts. I went on a two day Autocad course two years ago and not used it since, so it was hard work. I was well happy to see my drawings turned into something real. Here are the pics. That's a twelve inch rule in the second pic. Air into the side pod should help too.

Whats the layout of the core inside?

The core layout inside is 2x42mm oil cores running side by side. They are 330mm long and 15 stacks high(160mm). The water pipes are 19mm and air pipes 76mm. Have you done anything with those sheets of ally from Stoneleigh?
