Nice job! That is definitely VERY respectable performance. But I know the die hard drag racers will want to see the actual timeslip. Are those available to post? The videos were awesome to watch. Nice job recording them to whomever was the cameraperson.

Also will there be another world record poster, or an update to one of the existing posters? Just wondering so I can update the 'art' on my wall at work here!

I am dying waitng to get my engine in. The shop is waiting to finish another project before they get to my Can-Am 720. But all they have to do is drop the engine and transaxle in so it should not take long.....

My guess is the car should do 1/4 mile low 8's with slicks.

You're going to need a lot more power to get low 8's!

Another world record for Ultima. By the way, I See that's the company's "power demonstrator GTR720." Was it still running road tyres/exhaust and what are the dB levels from it if anyone from the factory is around? And PLEASE persuade Top gear to Stig it, if it means giving Clarkson a free car!

It's not in the Ultima list, but a stock Atom 300 has run a 10s88 on the same track about 1 month ago with A048R Yoko road tyres.

I recall seeing two TRs in the past few years both used to race in the pro rover class and phill eaves defo rings a bell. Dont recall either being boosted tho but both ran 9s. ill have a dig for some photos. PS was nice to meet you at the main event
