After struggling to clean my dash with a variety of products I came across something called 'James Water' on Alcantara's website.

Very good stuff, cleaned really well and left no residue... Thoroughly recommended
Got if from the manufacturers’ agent in the UK, Bill Nunn (top of the list when you select ‘England’ from www.james.nl/index-stain.asp?index_menuID=6) Very nice man.
