How do you guys register your cars in the USA? wahts the prosses? Any one had an exhaust system with a cat built to use temperarily?

you will find the registration process varies alot by state. What state are you trying to register the car in? Best thing to do it contact owners in that state and see what they did. www.ultimaclub.us/members.asp

I just called the oregon DEQ and some property my parents just bought is outside the DEQ region, so this will make things soooo much easier!!! I called the DMV and it seems I just need a few forms

15 Minutes for registering a car ?????? That´s half the time you need to persuade the administrator to edit your enquiery here in germany....
