I am going to be moving to the USA next year, to do a helicopter training course so I can fly the air ambulance.
Its a bit of a brave step, but one I have been toying with for years.

I was going to try and finish the car and take it with me, but I just don't have enough garage time.
So with a busy studying timetable looming I am going to have to sell & abort my build.
I'll by a completed one over there or when I get back.

A lot of the bits are still in boxes, most of them unopened, I was planning to spend some time on the car coming up to Christmas.
Currently it is a skinned rolling chassis.
RHD Right hand drive

Here is a spec list

Stage 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

Accessories
RAC Roll cage
Double skin kit
Alloy 2 way shocks
Quick release steering boss (fitted)
AP big brake kit, with pads
SS Brake hoses
Set of body Grills
Luggage containers
Passanger foot rest
G50/21 6 speed Box with LSD close ratio one
Wiper wash kit
Wheels with tyres
Fully foiled & soundproofed
The front section of the panneling has been fitted with Pre-preg carbon fibre, just becaus
(I have the orignal pannels if you want to put it back)

I need to sell the chassis 1st, so if you are intrested in some of the other bits let me know and I'll make a list of who is intrested, the buyer can have it as a roller with as little or as much as you like.
Looking for £20K for the lot.

It's not officially up for sale yet, but it could be
If anyone is thinking about placing an order I could save you a bucket on money, plus skip the waiting time.

I don't know how to show the photos here, but click on the links

Can't believe no-one's jumped at this! Perhaps off-line?

What body colour or is that not included?

Stage 15 is the body so I guess not.

Shame to have to stop a build but I suppose there are more important things in life.
I suppose once he's learnt to fly a helicopter he could build his own kit version.

So if I understand correctly, I need to buy the body panels, an engine, the adapter plate and

STAGE 17

GTR laminated glass windscreen, polycarbonate sidescreens,
GTR perspex headlight covers.

£566.00

And it is a complete car.

Would be nice, but no.
You need to go down the accessories list to find all the other bits you will need.
Wheels and tyres for instance.

But not too far off it.

Florida, I'm looking forward to the cheep fuel

I'm not sure how I'll cope with the people.
I'm used to people moaning all day long.
Most of the America's I know are all bubbly and happy, it may get to me after a while.

English people like nothing a good moan and queuing.
Which is why Labour are still in power

oops political

Peter

You need to host your pics somewhere like www.imageshack.us first and then include the links to the pics in your post.

Hope this helps.

Chassis is easy to convert to Left Hand Drive it's only the Column Supports and pedal Extensions. A Competent welder should be able to convert it.... But will need painting or re coating.....

As one that has just come back from Florida on business, all I can say is that they can keep:

The canned music everywhere - even speakers hidden in the bushes outside! even in the bl**dy loo for god sake! aaarrrggghhh!

The 4 times in succession you have to walk 5 miles back from your room to hotel reception last thing at night simply because your door card has ceased working!

[ I have no problem with big people but...]
The abnormally fat people that eat-eat-eat 5 times a day like its the last meal they will ever have for the next month....and then will use their bulk to push in front of you at every opportunity, and say sorry, but don't mean it.

The hugmungously fat people who have taken to an oversized wheelchair for no other reason other than they can no longer (don't want to) walk, and just so they can get quickly from one fastfood outlet to the other! (I kid you not - saw this many times - I was shocked!)

The condescending attitude when you hit a problem or ask an official for advice only to be told absolute lies ie there is never a problem, only to find out once they have gone...the advice is total b****llocks!

Oh, and if one more person says 'Have a magical Day' ....I will banghead

Yes- you guessed it, I had the misfortune to have to attend a Conference at Disneyland!

Other than that.......nice place!

Anyone would think I did not like the US - not true - just spare me Disneyland! Bah! Humbug!

....and about Xmas.......{censored}

I live in the USA and recently bought an ultima chasis. Nothing else I was told that if i had either time or money it would be a good project. I have neither just chasing a dream. I would like to buy any parts that you are not able to sell. Might be some extras laying around. Thanks
