Ultima on Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour again

Since my 8.2 litre Cadillac nearly destroyed itself after embasssing over 100 sports cars at the Road America track day last weekend, I've been forced to drive my Ultima on Power Tour. Not since David McDonald shipped his Black GTR over here in 2001 has an Ultima participated in the Power Tour. David's participation is how I came to know about Ultima and purchase mine. This year's event goes from Nashville TN to Dallas TX May 31 to june 7th. If any US folks are going to be at any of the scheduled stops, look for me, I'd like to meet you. I plan to drag test before then and will post results here.

My son Dale and I are leaving for Nashville Tennessee today about 600 miles.
The total 3000 mile route is Nashville, Memphis, Jackson Misissippi, New Orleans, Lake Charles, Shreveport (Britney's Hometown and Freddie Spencer's too) followed by Dallas TX. May 29-June 5th, then back to Chicago via Little Rock, Bill Clinton aka Slick Willy's hometown. Should be quite the almost Maiden Voyage for the GTR.

That sounds like a Good reason to bring my car over one year. The tour must be Owesum, Shows with a Cruise thrown in.
