Whats the score with the side windows ?
Two X Nil
I thought you'd made up & down ones.. Lovely car Wayne
I am a very clever man, but not a genius!
The side window thing was born out of laziness I am embarrased to say but has evolved into a favoured state. I am trying to work out a way to fix them quick release style but for now I just keep them behind the seat and have a roll of electrical tape ( BLACK of course! ) in the side pod in case of rain etc. I never leave the car anywhere that it needs to be secured so it is not a problem.
I am glad that you like it

GTWayne - what was the car like to drive with the sidescreens out - was there any buffeting or did the airflow pass over the car?
Chewy, how are you, alright?
The car is surprisingly good without the side screens. p was impressed with the minimal disturbance caused and even up to silly speeds, although the cockpit does get a little noisey, there is still little air movement inside. I prefer the look of the car with sidescreens fitted but the practicality of their asbcence outweighs the vanity.
^ Thanks GTD, glad you like it
Everything started life as standard Ultima but most areas have been modified or reworked to improve or personalise. The front lights have been reshaped and new covers have been fabricated. I believe the actual units to be Hella items. The rears, as you can see, are two slightly larger LED's instead of three incandescents and were purchased from a kit car parts supplier ( bloody dear! ) and the number plate lights are tucked behind the plate and a light omiting TVR type plate material has been used. All in all the mods have worked well I think and have given the car a modern kind of face lift.

Your rear wing supports should swap sides

Go on then, why?
Port & Starboard

Ah, I thought it might be something like that but am I not correct in thinking that the colours required are green and red? My dad is the salty sea dog of the family and it is way to late to ring him and get the facts tonight.
Not that this is a quiz but have you got an idea why the pylons are coloured so?

Being centre locks, the wheel hubs are a R/H thread on the near side and a L/H thread on the off side. To avoid incorrect fitment they have been anodised...........you guessed it; Blue= N/S, Red= O/S. When the time arrived that the rear wing had to be considered for fitting, I could not make up my mind whether to have silver ( nothing else on the car is ) or black. As much as I love black at this stage I felt that something was needed to break the monotany a little and I really like the quirkiness of the things. Strangely enough, the only negative comments I have had at all have been directed at these items. This makes me like them all the more: Do you think that this kind of behaviour is normal?
