Hi Dave, always good to see a big lump of US muscle in the right place. Looks pretty sweet !

I see you are from Walsall, that makes you just 20 miles from me (Telford) and little more from another Shropshire based Ultima owner I know. At this rate, we'll have a midlands / shropshire owners club ! Are there any other guys and gals out there either building or owning an Ultima within 30 miles of Telford ? Would be nice to get a few of us together cool

Regard

Tony.

PS - SVA for my car (with Ultima) is tomorrow (so long as Dave has worked his magic - there were a few extra items that needed sorting ...).

PPS - There is a rather nice dolly on ebay .. any fellow builders need it ? Just look under "Ultima GTR" on ebay.co.uk

I'm in between Derby/Nottingham.

Not even close to that stage - in fact not really close to anything. Spent the last few months peeing about trying to make carbon interior panels and going nowhere slowly smile

Being black they will absorb heat and lower the temperature in the engine bay this in turn will increase the oxygen levels in the inlet air producing more power.

Steve , what you have failed to notice is the covers are not just black plastic coated metal, they are actually constructed from 'dark matter' and hence can draw on all the energy in the universe which will actually give me .... yes ... almost 200bhp ....... getmecoat .... it's been a long day ...
