I'm in the process of swapping to a chevy engine in my car. So if anyone has any bits left over from their build that are related either to the engine or gearbox, I could be interested.

Thanks, but I want to build the engine myself just for kicks. Engine parts would be good though. I already have the block.
Just remember to prep the block you will need :-
Bore and Hone
Face the deck
Check mains for true
and fitt new Cam bearings
All this will set you back about 400 quid !!

I have a 400 crank. with a grind it could make you a 383. I also have a dual plane manifold, 5.7" rods and some timing gear bits.
